By using UniqueLoom.com, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Website Use (Terms & Conditions). The Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders, purchases and other business transacted by or through the UniqueLoom.com website and shall become part of any contractual agreement with Unique U.S.A. d/b/a Unique Loom arising out of this website’s use. By submitting an application to become an authorized dealer through UniqueLoom.com (Sign Up form), the dealer applicant is agreeing that these Terms & Conditions will govern its full relationship with Unique Loom and will apply to all orders, purchases and other business transactions between the dealer and Unique Loom, regardless of how those orders, purchases and other transactions are initiated. The Terms & Conditions are also meant to supplement the original terms and conditions agreed to by some dealers in connection with their earlier dealer application process. To the extent these Terms & Conditions conflict with the original terms and conditions for dealers, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect from you, how we use your information and the choices that you have regarding our use of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about you in our Showrooms, through our websites and mobile applications, and anywhere else we interact with you. By using any of our web sites, mobile applications, or sharing your information with us, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Any statements Unique Loom makes concerning a date or date range of out-of-stock items are expected to arrive (ETAs) is an estimate of a shipment’s arrival time at Unique Loom’s warehouse, only, and no guarantee is made as to when out-of-stock items will ship.
Unique Loom reserves the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with Federal Express being our preferred carrier. Customer's preferred carrier will be used if the customer submits an account number for said carrier and agrees to assume all responsibility for transportation costs and shipping damage claims with respect to that carrier. All packages must be inspected by the customer upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier. Unique Loom will not accept claims and is not responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping.
Once an order is placed, the customer must cancel before the order has shipped from its point of origin. Once shipped, all cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
At Unique Loom our goal is to keep our policies as simple as possible for you, our valued customer. We offer a generous 30-day return for all non-defective items, 10 days for defective items and 7 days for claims on damaged or lost items. Only returns or claims made prior to these respective time periods will be reviewed. If upon return, Unique Loom determines there is damage or defect due to usage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the rug plus all shipping charges. We do not charge restocking fees for our machine woven products that are returned in new condition within the time limits set forth. For all One-of-a-kind rugs you will be assessed a restocking fee of 5%. Return shipping for any non-defective merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer. All transactions and any contract or contractual relationship arising from the use of the UniqueLoom.com website shall be deemed to be entered into in the State of South Carolina and shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of South Carolina. All disputes between the Parties, except those expressly excluded by the terms of this Agreement will be submitted to binding arbitration. However, to the limited extent that any matter might be heard before a civil court, the Parties hereby submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in York County, South Carolina. The Parties irrevocably waive any objection they may have based on improper venue or inconvenient forum. Dealer acknowledges that Unique Loom would not have entered into this Agreement if Dealer did not agree to this exclusive jurisdiction and venue provision.
