Do you offer custom sizes?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer custom sizing, however, we house a wide selection of over sized rugs that can fit your project’s needs.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a $15 flat fee per rug within the continental U.S.
What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
You can return your rug within 30-Days for a $25 restocking fee. In order to process a return, please contact a member of our Customer Care Team via email at email@example.com or via phone at 1-800-765-6958 with your Order ID number along with the email address associated with your order.
